Kronopol Laminate Flooring Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants to its original purchaser that the surface layer on original product will not wear through for a period of 15 years in commercial application from date of purchase in case of AC4 abrasion class flooring and for a period of 25 years in domestic applications and during 8 years in commercial application from date of purchase in case of AC5 abrasion class flooring, when used according to conditions specified by the manufacturer.
Please note: The surface wear must be evident and at least 1cm by 1cm and not the result of any items listed in the “Attention” section. Gloss variance or loss is not considered surface wear.
This warranty excludes all labour costs and these are the end users responsibility.
Kronopol Laminate Flooring is produced according to EN 13329.
Warranty conditions
The flooring must have been installed in accordance with the instructions provided with this product and used according to conditions specified by the manufacturer.
The laminate flooring of the abrasion resistance class AC 4 are designed for flooring in habitable rooms (with a high traffic intensity) and in public utility objects (with a medium traffic intensity). The laminate flooring of the abrasion resistance class AC 5 are designed for flooring in habitable rooms (with a high traffic intensity) and in public utility objects (with a high traffic intensity).
Prior to fixing, the laminate floorings should be stored for at least 48 hours in the room to be laid.
The flooring must have been installed in accordance with the instructions in the rooms which are heated up to room temperature during winter period.
For the installation only accessories and tools recommended by manufacturer can be used.
After installation the floor must be protected in areas of entrance with dirt-absorbing mats (protection against adverse effects of sand and moisture).
The laminate flooring must not be installed in rooms where the relative humidity exceeds 70%, including bathrooms, toilets, saunas, laundry rooms, etc The floor panels are resistant to abrasion by wheelchairs using only rubber wheels. The use of wheelchairs with plastic or metallic wheels without using special protecting mats accelerates the floor wear and causes the warranty loss. Please fit felt tips to the feet of chairs, tables and other pieces of furniture and clean them periodically from accumulated sand.
Dirt and impurities from the flooring surface can be easily removed with a damp cloth rinsed in water with an addition of the agent Perfect Neutral Reiniger or Perfect Trend. The laminated floor must not be wiped with wet cloth or sprinkled with water! Any detergents can not be used.
Attention:
- The owner must inspect for colour, finish and quality before installation. Manufacturer cannot be held responsible for costs incurred when a floor with a visible defect has been installed.
- Manufacturer. warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, negligence, physical abuse and misuse, impact or cutting, freight damage, alteration, water damage, erosion, abrasion, extreme heat, pet accidents, damage caused by pets, scratching, cleaning and maintenance in a manner contrary to the instructions provided by Manufacturer.
- Please keep a piece of installed flooring (ca. 20 cm long) to avoid any problems with sample collection in case of possible claim.
Warranty Service
- To make a claim, contact you dealer not later than 30 days following the date of discovery or detection of the defect.
- Proof of purchase information is required when requesting warranty service. You must send a copy of your sales receipt, or similar document, which establishes proof and date of purchase, together with a written and detailed description of the problem
- Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect all claims or to have an agent of its choosing investigate all claims.
- If the claim is accepted, Manufacturer will replace of the defective material
In case the original pattern or colour is no longer available, Manufacturer reserves the right to offer a selection of alternative patterns and colours.
According to the requirements of the standard EN 13329 height differences between panels can be max. 0,15 mm and openings between panels max. 0,20mm.
